Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
By creating a MeetTwig account or using MeetTwig, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. MeetTwig is operated by Cristina Nevado Vinaras, C. Carril, Distrito Centro, 29009 Málaga, Spain, and is governed by the laws of Spain.
2. The service
MeetTwig lets you paste or upload a meeting transcript and receive a structured report (summary, action items, decisions, agreements, key moments) generated by automated analysis. Features described as "coming soon" are not currently available.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at help@meettwig.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload transcripts or content you don't have the right to share.
- Use MeetTwig to process content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the privacy of others without their consent.
- Attempt to access another user's meetings or account.
- Abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users (e.g., automated bulk submissions designed to exceed fair use).
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the transcripts and content you submit. By submitting a transcript, you grant us the limited right to process, store, and display it back to you as part of the service, and to send it to our AI processing provider (see Privacy Policy §4) solely to generate your report. We don't claim ownership of your meeting content.
6. AI-generated output
Reports are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. MeetTwig does not guarantee the accuracy of any summary, action item, decision, agreement, or key moment it generates. You're responsible for reviewing reports before relying on them for business decisions.
7. Plans and billing
MeetTwig offers Free, Pro, and Business plans; current prices and usage limits are listed on the Pricing page. Every account starts on the Free plan. MeetTwig does not currently process payments inside the app — plan upgrades, downgrades, and any billing arrangements are agreed with you directly through support at help@meettwig.com before a paid plan is activated. Prices may change; we will notify existing paying users by email before any price change affects them.
8. Availability
We aim to keep MeetTwig available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service, in whole or part, for maintenance or other reasons.
9. Termination
You may stop using MeetTwig at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email help@meettwig.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for abusive or illegal use.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
MeetTwig is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of (or inability to use) MeetTwig. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or €50 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules entitle you to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MeetTwig after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
